Also included are containers of lamb jus ( pint), olive tapenade ( 4 ounces), whipped feta (4 ounces) and roasted red skin potatoes with garlic confit butter

Weights listed below are the cooked lamb shank (including bone) only. The smaller sizes are best to serve one, while the larger can feed two.
