SOLD FRESH. Slow braised with wine, onions, celery, carrots, herbs, tomato paste & garlic for 6 hours, this is melt-in-your-mouth fork tender and serves two. Comes with a pint of rich braising gravy.

Weights listed below are the cooked lamb shank (including bone) only. The gravy adds an additional 15 ounces. The smaller sizes are best to serve one, while the larger can feed two.

Pair with our seasonal pumpkin & butternut creamy polenta or creme fraiche mashed potatoes.
