Made with caramelized onions, from scratch, house made beef bone broth, thyme and sherry. Accompanied by a thick crostini topped with gruyere, aged cheddar, parmesan and chives.
This is NOT VEGETARIAN since the soup is made with beef broth and the crostini is brushed with beef drippings.
