This consists of a aromatic flavored tender lamb stew with chickpeas, onions seasoned with warm spices, dried apricots and preserved lemons.

Included is a side of Saffron Basmati Pilaf with almonds and golden raisins

Serve with our Spring Asparagus Salad

Large serves three to four (quart of stew) 24 ounces pilaf)

Small serves two ( pint of stew, 12 ounces pilaf)
