SOLD FROZEN- Tender pork shoulder marinaded and slow cooked with Asian/ Hawaiian seasonings until fork tender and pulled. Marinade contains hoisin sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar. A perfect accompaniment is either our Asian Black Rice salad with sesame soy dressing ( listed this week) or steamed rice, baked sweet potato or a soft roll. Aloha!
