SOLD FROZEN. GREAT as a side to your Easter Dinner or Brunch. A vegan play on cassoulet, from France, this version uses roasted baby portabellas in place of duck and sausage. Dry pinto beans are cooked with onions, garlic, tomato and vegetable stock until the beans soften and thicken the sauce. The individual container is topped with a cheesy tasting panko topping that utilizes nutritional yeast. Small serves one as entree or two as side, large serves 3 as an entree, 6 as a side
