SOLD FROZEN. Traditional French recipe made a little more consumer friendly by using braised skinless boneless chicken rather than a whole (de-jointed) chicken with skin on and bones in. This is basically same recipe as Beef Bourguignon, but lighten for summer with chicken.
Made with chicken thighs, red wine ( Burgundy), onions, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs etc. Serve with SSFM crusty bread and salad for a perfect, easy summer dinner on the deck!
